Sowjanya Gollapinni has been elected as the new co-spokesperson for @DUNEscience. Gollapinni is a senior scientist and the Neutrino Group Leader @LosAlamosNatLab and has been involved with DUNE since 2015. Now, she will co-lead the project to its next stages of development!

Exciting update! All the steel that will house one of the detectors for @DUNEscience has arrived. 🙌 In total, the steel weighs 3,282 US tons and, once assembled, will help form a structure measuring 216 feet long, 62 feet wide and 60 feet high. @LBNFacility #physics #neutrino
