Bloomberg reporting that the CFPB is going to vacate and re-write the 1033 open banking rule While imperfect, that was one of the best, most well researched and well supported rules the CFPB put out in the last few years. It seems impossible to re-write that with 5% of the staff

So, good news... @AR_Commerce's Arkansas State Bank Dept responded to my complaint about Evolve. Bad news: envelope had my name, but the letter inside had somebody else's name and address entirely. At least our regulators are hard at work through these trying times. :eyeroll:
