JUST ANNOUNCED: Animation Courtyard & Disney Jr. will close Sept 25, 2025 to make way for "The Magic of Disney Animation" at Disney's Hollywood Studios, a newly reimagined area opening in 2026!

Notable differences between the "The Magic of Disney Animation" area replacing Animation Courtyard in 2026: • Star Wars Launch Bay exterior replaced by iconic Mickey’s Sorcerer Hat to represent the Burbank animation building. • Disney•MGM Studios arch has been removed.

An all-new children's playground inspired by the art of Disney Legend Mary Blair called "Drawn to Wonderland" is coming to Disney's Hollywood Studios in 2026! "Filled with an oversized flower garden with musical instruments, a Mad Tea Party playset and a Tulgey Wood exploration"

TIME TO DREAM THE NIGHT AWAY with Disney Starlight!!!

BREAKING: Disney has just announced that “Disney Starlight — Dream The Night Away” will be previewed TONIGHT at 9pm!!!

I think it would be pretty awesome if on every July 17th, they had a variation of "A Magical Life" where Walt Disney delivers the dedication speech through his animatronic. That would be special.

Yesterday was a moment 7 years in the making. In July 2018 I posted a video explaining why I thought Disney should make a Walt Disney audio-animatronic. (youtu.be/i3shnJZGKm4) And yesterday I got to see it become reality with my own eyes.

I'll be posting my FULL HONEST REVIEW of "Walt Disney - A Magical Life" tomorrow! But I will say having seen it twice in person, the closer up you are the better the realism. Also there are moments/glimpses 3 to 5 secs in the show where it looks like Walt is right there!

I just ate at Hungry Bear Barbecue Restaurant for the FIRST TIME and it was BRILLIANT! Love the theming, the Railroad passing by and the food! Ordered the Smoked Beef Brisket Sandwich & Peach Cobbler Funnel Cake Fries. They should replace Pecos Bills at MK with a Hungry Bear!
