The driver of the boat was arrested for impaired operation by @DRPSCWDiv officers on scene. A member of the public contacted 911 as they suspected the driver of the boat to be impaired. If you suspect someone is impaired, you can save lives by calling 911.

Early this morning, @DRPSCWDiv officers were conducting proactive patrol in the downtown core of Whitby. The driver of the motor vehicle was under 3 separate criminal code driving suspensions for life and was arrested for over 80. Vehicle has been impounded for 90 days. #MADD
