Balan Wonderworld was clever and cute, albeit a bit clunky in places--a charming puzzle-platformer with design sensibilities straight out of the Dreamcast era, fantastic art direction, and meaningful messaging. Love it to bits. In other words: Good, Actually™️ ;)

It's Balan, really--sure we talk about him being a zany fella, a light-hearted goofball, and whatnot, but if we're going by the light novel's additional layer of lore he's also pretty deep and serious when he needs to be. A silly dude who also gives good advice, love it :D
