Spoke to these kid’s at the Center for Innovation at Boston College High School yesterday. Pretty amazing summer program for the kids!

DMSE and the BAA collaborated on the 2025 Boston 10K this past weekend. Although the weather seemed ominous on Sat, we all certainly “dodged a bullet” and were pleased with a “not so bad” day after all. Looking forward to working with the BAA on the Boston Half up next in Nov.

Fun to participate in the Bryan Lyons TriFury Triathlon this morning in Wilmington. It was very touching to be part of the “bench dedication” in memory of Bryan. A few of us gave some remarks about our personal connection with Bryan over the years.

Good weekend for the DMSE team – one team at the Mt. Washington Road Race and another team, including me, at the Bellin Run 10K in Green Bay, WI. Next is the Boston 10K next Sunday at the Boston Common. Happy Father’s Day to all the DMSE dads and all the other dads out there!!!

Earlier this week was the 47th anniversary of the start of my run across America starting in Medford, OR. Five years ago, I revisited Medford, OR and the Mayor, Jerry and I re-enacted that original moment seen in these photos.

Thrilled to share the teaser of Miles of Meaning, a documentary on my life story!! Also, stay tuned for how to get involved!
HAPPY GLOBAL RUNNING DAY It’s 24,902 miles around the earth. In honor of today being Global Running Day, I just got done running 24,902 feet. Someone once said, “my game, my rules.” How do you like them apples?!!!

TEAM HOYT MEMORIAL RACE Helped a bit and also ran in the Team Hoyt Memorial 5-Mile Road Race in Hopkinton yesterday morning. I was thrilled to be able to push Michael Murphy in the race. A special race honoring two inspiring friends, Rick and Dick Hoyt.

🦞Run The Cape With Us!👟 Apply to join my Finish Strong Foundation's ASICS Falmouth Road Race team here! ($1,500 fundraising minimum) This iconic road race is beloved by runners all over, and provides a truly special experience to cap off your summer! loom.ly/kamG62I
The DMSE Sports team just managed our next lululemon race in Miami. It was hot (high 80’s) but with the race starting at 6:30am all went very well. We had over 6,200 entrants in the race. It was a scenic, fun course going from Miami Beach over the causeway into Miami.

I’m not sure there is anyone more “down to earth” than Astronaut Sunita Williams. I invited her to be the commencement speaker at my Alma Mater, Merrimack College. She is so good, so kind and so generous with her time and her wisdom. She wowed the graduating class of '25.

HAPPY BIRTHDAY, MEB! Does everyone agree that there is no nicer and gracious person and tougher runner than Meb Keflezighi?! Happy Bday, Meb. How many miles you running today, my friend....ha!! It's getting longer and longer!!!!

TODAY, Wednesday, April 30, Raising Cane’s restaurants throughout Boston are teaming up with my Finish Strong Foundation for a day-long fundraiser. - Mention the fundraiser when you order in person or at the drive-thru - Use the code RCFUND96 when ordering through the app

BOSTON #53 Finished my 53rd consecutive Boston today and was presented my medal by Bob Hall...how cool is that! And my son, Luke, ran for the first time, too, with his cousin Charlie Breen. A great day all around!

Here is the Supporters Medal that @DMSE designed. A great way to celebrate/honor someone who helped you get to the @bostonmarathon and run it. davemcgillivray.com
Senior Advisor and longtime @bostonmarathon Race Director Dave McGillivray @DMSE has created "Supporters Medals" to give to those that have helped runners earn their race medals. It's a way for runners to say "thank you". Dave explains and you can buy them at the Race Expo. @wbz
My son, Luke, who is a freshman at BC is running his first Boston Marathon on Monday! He is running with his cousin, Charlie, who has run 3 marathons to date, including Boston. They plan to run together at a “slow” pace of 8 min a mile and finish in about 3 ½ hours.

In collaboration with Marathon Sports, join me and Kelly McLay for a special Coffee Chat @marathonsports marathon weekend pop-up location at 939 Boylston on Friday, April 18, from 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM (closer to that famous Hereford Street!) 🎟 RSVP now: loom.ly/V1LGOYw

I will be speaking at the Boston Marathon expo at the Hynes Convention Center on Saturday, April 19th from 2:00pm-2:45pm. All are welcome!

I am running this year’s Boston Marathon, my 53rd consecutive Boston, to raise money for our foundation including programs like Running is a Right, the Dream Big Marathon Challenge and awarding of spring and fall grants to mission aligned non-profits. loom.ly/_MCGDwU
This week, Reggie Graham presented me with my Medford Mustang Hall of Fame plaque at the steps of Medford City Hall where I finished my cross country run in 1978!
