Remember when the media demanded that Zack Snyder denounce some rude fans on twitter? Well why isn't @JamesGunn coming out to publicly denounce his racist and homophobic supporters that are infinitely more disgusting?

Truth is Gunn depowered Superman because his powers make him the hardest superhero to write for. Its never been about what Superman can do, but about what he should do, and only truly talented storytellers (not Gunn) can pull that off. Thats why he made it easier for himself.

I just want to point out that all they were doing was saying they read comics and then agreeing with the studio. Every movie that came out from DC since 2018 has not been comic accurate yet they gave zero push back because they really just Studio shills.

Actually Superman needs more. If it makes the $670m Man of Steel made, it will have lost money and not proven any of the points they spent a decade making. In fact, it will prove they were wrong all along. Superman needs to make over $800m to be considered a moderate success.
