This discourse reminds me of a friend that came over to my apartment once about 10 years ago and later brought up the fact that I had no books and so they thought I was shallow, so they were surprised at my opinions (or something like that— I forget the exact insult). Little did…
If someone asks you “what do you do?” within seconds of meeting you — don’t be annoyed. Smile. You’ve just identified a transactional player. Instead, give them the lowest status answer. Then drop your highest IQ insights for the rest of the conversation. This breaks brains.
What’s your steel story? Mine started in 2009 — flat rolled focused, network driven, relationships that last. I’ve seen every transaction process imaginable. Eventually started Felux in 2019. Now I’m building again. Iron’s in my blood. 👇 Drop your story.
If anybody needs any help with how to get into the government contracting side of manufacturing. Please reach out I'm more than happy to advise/help. I went from inception to almost 30 won contracts in under a year.

Loading up 10,000 lbs of American steel to manufacture metal roofing and siding with.
To all the @reindsummit and manufacturing folks - passing on a gem, or at least I thinks so - someone needs to interview/hire Joshua. I would if I had the open role. Network, do your thing. Joshua Allen and I talked for 15 minutes when I picked my head up from email between…
The theme of “company towns” came up a few times during Reindustrialize, which was an interesting synchronicity for me. Last week, my family and I traveled to deep Appalachia for a funeral. It was about 30 miles outside of Pikeville, KY, a town that used to be a coal town. My…

Honored to have been in the room during this announcement. A foundry, you say? You need shipbuilders? I know a guy. Metalforamerica.org I really hope the dream of Solana comes to life sooner than later.
1/ It's time to bring back "designed in California, made in California.” Today, at @reindsummit, @ashleevance and I introduced Solano Foundry, the largest advanced manufacturing park in America, an hour north of Silicon Valley. Built by @CAForever with @JLL. 🧵
“It’s the time to take huge massive bets. The workforce needs to rise up again… we need everyone to take personal responsibility and move faster to reindustrialize our country. The hour is late. We have a short window.” — Chris Power, Hadrian I would add: let’s transcend the…
