The throw is pure insanity. To just catch it, pivot and throw it that far without any momentum behind you is ridiculous. But man, that tag is slick as hell, too.

I’ll be honest. I thought that was awesome. it’s an exhibition. Hasn’t been a real baseball game in decades. That was really fun way to finish off an exhibition.

I know FSU fans think they’re cursed in Omaha. They’ve got nothing on Arkansas. What a brutal loss. Man. That program has lost some absolute heartbreakers out there.

That looked low. But when you give up 13 in the first two innings hard to complain about a call in the ninth. Good season. Showed some real fight there after getting way behind. Shout-out to Oregon State and that fan base. They deserve good things after realignment nonsense.

I thought UNC had a very real chance to win the national title. Won first game of Supers 18-2. Blew the next game. Then blew 3-1 lead in G3 when senior 2B booted an easy double-play grounder in 8th. Arizona scores 3. Wins 4-3. And UNC is done. Postseason baseball is rough!

That’s some big-time stuff from Prescott. Letting 99 rip for the final pitch was ideal.

That’s a great outing for Arnold. Gave his team a chance. Battled his butt off after the first inning.

There are recipes to win the next two games. Your ace throwing 30 pitches in the first inning ain’t a good one.

One thing that still bothers me (a lot!) about yesterday’s game: Hankerson getting thrown out at the plate. Link admitted after game that Hankerson thought Carns’ 2B was a HR. So, he jogged to second. He ends up getting thrown out at home. They lose by a run. Ridiculous.

FSU probably isn’t going to win the CWS this year. That was a devastating L to come back from. But when they finally do win it — and it will happen! - it will be with a team that overcomes crazy adversity. Like losing a heartbreaker in Game 1 of Supers. It’s the only way.
