This is such hogwash. Worker Productivity includes "automation" used at work. - So add the cost of automation over time to that minimum wage number to get an honest comparative result!
Today marks 16 years since the federal minimum wage was last raised. Guess how much the wage would be today if it kept up with worker productivity over the years?
This mentality drives me nuts. Democrats see the "loss" of gov't jobs and not that SS Jobs takes money from retirees. -4,600 unneeded employees ($100K wages & benefits) save $4.6 billion over 10 years for people who rely on benefits. -Ideally ZERO employees taking from retirees!
