Our Animal Cruelty deputies and Houston SPCA rescued 41 dogs from a home in 8000 blk of Lanham Lane. The dogs were living in deplorable conditions. An investigation is ongoing. All dogs are doing well at HSPCA.

Deputies arrested a serial thief after he stole 2 cases of beer from a  Heights Kroger and tried to flee on a METRO bus. Deputies stopped the bus and captured Jermaine Boulding,42, who has been stealing from the store for months. Felony charge of theft w/ 2 or more priors.
