I don’t believe in normal work. I believe in creative work. I started at 14 (with fear). Now I’m 31 (with freedom). Writing about business, copy & the mind.
A THREAD aka 'FREE' MINI COURSE "Ultimate 5-Step Copywriting Protocol: How I Helped Countless Copywriters Go From $0 to $100k/Year (Minimum)... Reveals: Full protocol + worksheets/guides/checklists (everything you need) Words: 5,169 Google Doc Link: docs.google.com/document/d/12b…

Happiness is a competitive advantage. But happiness isn't something you find. It's something you liberate. It's like the sun. Always shining. But the clouds from the past usually block it. If you can clear the clouds (through bioenergetics/inner work), you can liberate the sun.
"How To Become A Better Writer (Not For 99% Of People): An Extreme Protocol" The secret to writing well isn't writing well, but living well. I don't mean living the good life only. I mean living the full range of human experience. From infinite happiness to bottomless sadness…
How to get ahead in the new world: Nature max (see the sunrise/sunset, spend as much time outdoors as possible, touch grass, etc.) + master new tech If you do... Not only will you not lose yourself but the former will help birth better ideas to leverage the latter.
Say no to the transitory: Meet ups, hook ups, brunches, calls, bars, doomscrolling, cluttered calendars, busy work. Say yes to the timeless: Writing, building, reading, walking, thinking, inquiring, praying, training, loving, being.
How to get out of your own way (in business & life): Stop thinking about yourself.
If you want to (actually) raise your vibration, then stop trying to push away negative feelings or think your way through. Simply breathe, allow, and feel the feeling to completion. Once you do, the negativity leaves your consciousness and reorients you to fundamental goodness.
You can get paid millions of dollars for just being you. But it's not the you that you think yourself to be. It's the you that breathes underneath the conditioning. The you that is curious, alive, and unique. Nobody can compete with you on being you.
It's not the big habits that (dramatically) change your life. It's the mini-habits (that take 60 seconds or less) that you unconsciously practice 200-500x/day that (quietly) change your life.
When everybody is doing x, do y. When everybody is being mindful, be mindless. When everybody is seeking status, seek wealth. When everybody is working 12 hours, work 6. When everybody is reading short texts, read long books. When everybody is crying, laugh.
The ultimate spiritual practice is to be where you are with curiosity All other practices were useful to a degree, but I ultimately had to discard them in order to Be free.
Copywriting is the transfer of emotion. If your writing doesn't make the market feel something, then it's just dead letters on a page. Pointless. The best writers use the written word to stab people in the heart. And make them feel what they don't want to feel, but need to feel…
my philosophy is simple: create for the sake of creating. do nothing else and you will gain everything worth having.
Bangers by Gurdjieff: - If you help others, you will be helped, perhaps tomorrow, perhaps in one hundred years, but you will be helped. Nature must pay off the debt. It is a mathematical law and all life is mathematics. - I will tell you one thing that will make you rich for…
the best form of journaling isn't writing your heart out inside a journal like a teenage girl, but to open up the camera app or voice memos and let it rip. raw, real, straight from the gut. keep it moving. better than morning pages & allows you to listen/watch back and get more…
The busier you are, the more important it becomes to sit on a park bench midday (with a beautiful view) and do nothing.
You don't need a business idea. You need a way to generate and convert attention.
