The US Olympic & Paralympic Committee sent a letter to lawmakers about the House's SCORE Act, urging them to make amendments to the bill to prevent negative impacts on non-revenue sports. It is clear the USOPC does not believe the Act goes far enough.

This is going to continue happening at an accelerating rate. Non-revenue (Olympic) and women’s sports will be cut and hundreds of thousands of young Americans will lose life opportunity if serious and comprehensive reform doesn’t happen in college sports.
Interesting developments today: UL-Monroe cut its tennis program and Washington State cut the field portion of its track program. Jaime Gordon, CEO of the volleyball coaches association, said last month that 32 DI Olympic sports teams have been cut since settlement announcement.
