The behaviour of the opposition will determine the type of build up strategy! In development football our role is to improve players area of weakness not solely our game model.
Just a quick one, mokatisi @MLMathebula ,how do you manage to balance out your style of play in such tournaments where time is limited? Personally, I've struggled to find a way of throwing away the slow builds up and the patience approach in tournaments which has been a problem.

A Dream Realised I am incredibly proud to share that ORBIT College FC has officially been promoted to the Betway Premiership! To achieve this historic milestone as the General Manager, and to do it within just two seasons, is a moment I will cherish forever.

1/2 I often show clips of great scanning. However, lately I have witnessed good scan timing but completely wrong scan strategy/symmetry leading to goals. Here, we win 1-0 because the midfielder scans left and right but never scans behind his back and turns in that direction.

It’s great to get them used to scanning and not just habitual turning of the head! Critical scans have some references (space, time, opponent, teammates, movement) often we say scan,scan and players turn they’re heads but do they really collected any information?

I’m a big fan of Rondos!! If we break the game down to its simplest form, it’s a RONDO.
Rondos have become a go to practice all over the globe. Simultaneous to this, they have also become the topic of a lot discussion - primarily around their effectiveness. The main critique? Lack of direction - and football is a directional (or multi directional) game.
