For the athletes, posting camp & game day invite graphics from schools that haven’t offered you, those graphics will not help boost your recruitment my advice would be to put more energy into the schools that have offered you otherwise, those same schools will move on. #Truth

To all my young college coaches, when you recruit you have to invest quite a bit of yourself to the recruit, his family & the HS coach, don’t be so eager to offer just to get your name out there, if you can find talent people will notice. It has to be authentic. Free game❗️

After a great conversation…to be offered is a blessing but some offers are coming after only a 1 or 2 min convo then off the phone they go. Prioritize the coaches that get to know you prior to offering, that offer holds more of an investment into who you are as a person.
