Head MBB coach @SUNYADK_mbb
I am incredibly honored to step into the role of Assistant Director of Athletics at SUNY Adirondack while continuing my position as the Head Men’s Basketball Coach. Adirondack has always been a special place, and I’m grateful to be part of its amazing community. A huge thank you…

Had to work a 4am to noon shift at a warehouse 5 days a week so I could make it to campus for my $2000 stipend. -It was exhausting -i had to sacrifice going out, spending money, spending time with friends, sleeping, saving money. But it was 100% worth it in the end. It’s a…
A hill I will die on: Sometimes the opportunity is more important than the salary. My first coaching job was $3k, the next one was $5k, and when I was 27 I worked for free like many coaches do. You’re not late you’re right on time.

Found your new offensive coordinator @BuffaloBills @JoshAllenQB

When anyone 💩 on D3, it’s because they’ve never played/coached at the college level. They have NO clue how good you have to be to play at that level. So know the D3 offer you got is a little more impressive than Joe in his basement thinks😉 #WeAreD3

Your grades follow you. Transferring doesn’t erase bad academics. If you’re failing at one school, you’re failing everywhere. You don’t get to “start fresh” on eligibility. You fail anywhere, you fail everywhere. Got to get it done in the classroom.
When you head to college as a freshman, leave your ego at home. What you did in high school doesn’t matter anymore. It only got you in the door. More than likely, every player on that roster was a multi-year varsity starter, or all-conference guy. Time to earn it all over again!
Chad did so much behind the scenes to support and elevate men’s basketball coaches through @CapEliteAgency . He believed in people, worked hard for his clients, and left a real impact on the game. Grateful for everything he did for me and so many others. Rest easy, Chad.

Couldn’t ask for anything else in an assistant coach. @TempleUniv is getting a go-getter. Excited to see you grow my friend @MurphBasketball Thank you 🙏
Thank you, Coach Murph. 4 incredible years. A big reason we became a contender. Passionate, loyal, and always there..5AMs, buzzer beaters, heartbreak, and everything in between. Your next chapter at Temple University is just the beginning. The T-Wolves family is forever grateful

Mean Gene is a heck of a get for Canton! Good things happen when talent meets character. Congrats @Ethottie1

Works for me. @NCAA ?
Fran’s Plan to Fix NCAA Eligibility (I’m perfectly aware that this makes too much sense to implement.) Five full years of eligibility at all NCAA levels in a five-year window—PERIOD. One one-time transfer exception and the second transfer requires a sit-out season. The…
Compounding mistakes will keep you off the floor. Acknowledging that you made a mistake is not enough, you need to recognize WHY you made that mistake and what you should do instead. Then you need to prove that you can consistently do the right things.

Sometimes labeling yourself by position can turn off a 4yr school. You might think at 6’9” you’re a SG but in reality coaches see you as a stretch 4 or 5. Be open and willing to play any position asked if you’re hungry for an opportunity.
