Our hearts go out to entire Ruidoso, New Mexico community and surrounding areas impacted by the recent flood. It is deeply saddening to see all of the damage and loss. Our thoughts and prayers are with you all.
We would like to offer our heartfelt condolences to the family and friends of Dick Myers. Dick was not only a valuable member of the 1966 TWC national championship team, but a tremendous supporter of UTEP Athletics. Dick was a great man who bled Orange and Blue.
My heart hurts for all those that we have lost way too soon in the floods. Thanks to all the rescuers and volunteers working around the clock. My family and our program have all of you in our prayers!

The entire UTEP basketball family is saddened by the passing of Mary Haskins, wife of the late Don Haskins. The First Lady of UTEP Basketball will forever be remembered for her love & support of the Miners. Our thoughts and prayers are with the Haskins family during this time.
