It’s sad b/c I never wanted to make this a big deal or complain, just a new watch and keep it pushing but I was told I am fully responsible for replacing it because it’s an older watch. Not sure how you could do business as a company and treat lifelong customers like this @Apple
Unfortunately, I called @Apple about this Apple Watch that literally exploded on a plane while I was sleeping & cut my finger open and had me bleeding for 40+ minutes & all I asked for was a replacement & instead they said they could do nothing for me & hung up the phone
