This is showing good alignment. Spine is perpendicular to the pelvis. I’d emphasize that there’s a forward bend of the spine to get here. Follow the piping on the front of his shirt, and that’s the curve of his spine.

Coach Austin welcomes back former Methodist All American Joe Corretjer. Playing on Armstrong Shelly field field are two teams coached by former Methodist players, All-American pitcher Richard Seagroves and former shortstop, and Phillies sign Carmen Serbio.
Methodist University Baseball is saddened by the passing of Tony Guzzo. Tony coached at NC Wesleyan and was a rival and a friend. Guzz was a good guy.
