By the end of 2025, we will select the final manufacturer(s), and in 2026, we’ll launch a market pilot delivering 20 off-site homes to St. Clair-Superior and Hough. Construction on the factory is expected to begin in 2027, bringing new manufacturing jobs to Cleveland!
