Marriage is a lifelong covenant and lifelong battle between the husband who says item should in x because it’s practical, & wife who says it should be in y because it looks better. But it’s more than worth it. 😉
My wife went with my oldest son (age 24) this pm to pick up a vehicle. For AT LEAST the second time in the last few years, someone thought MY wife was my son’s wife. 🤷♂️. There’ll be no living with her now, lol.

Your view of Scripture determines your philosophy of ministry. A high view of Scripture will cause you to let the Scripture do the heavy lifting. A low view of Scripture will cause you to trust in man made marketing schemes and programs.

One thing amazes me about John MacArthur is how much exposition he could squeeze into a sermon. I feel like I’ve opened the Bible, read, said a few words and my time has gone. Time flies during a sermon.
