Shout out to Matthew Modine for only being a part of the Monsterverse for less than a month & already having fun with it & yes his already my favourite cast member, giving me O'shea Jackson Jr vibes from the KOTM era. I’ve missed a cast member being this excited for a MV movie.
Is it too early to say he’s already my favorite from the GxK 3 cast? Probably but idc 🤭
With Dan Trachtenberg mentioning King Kong at the #PredatorBadlands panel at SDCC I’ve been salivating at the thought of Dan directing a King Kong film. Easily my first choice for who I would like to see direct a Monsterverse movie.

If they do return to solo movies then they will have to announce multiple movies (like Phase 1 of the MV) because it won’t be fair for either fanbase to have to wait 3 years for a Godzilla/Kong movie & need it to be successful just to wait another 3 years.
I think we can all agree that after Godzilla x Kong Supernova we need to return to solo films. And we can all agree that Kong should be the first one. He needs a solo film, he hasn't gotten one since 2017.
