The group has been at the @esrfsynchrotron on ID22 hoping to correlate structures with magnetic ordering in some layered iron oxide chalcogenides this week. Big thanks to Andy Fitch for all his wisdom and advice. Stay tuned for some interesting results😎

Kawanishi’s paper on LnSI, via our ASPIRE collaboration with Oxford @ClarkegroupOx, is now out in @DaltonTrans! Polymorphic transitions-whether induced by substitution or pressure-are unified by a single key parameter: the cation-to-anion radius ratio. pubs.rsc.org/en/content/art…
