The Italian destroyer Dardo cuts a fine line alongside the heavy cruiser Zara during a Naval Review on 26 November 1936. In the background the destroyer Folgore can be seen. Over 100 warships, all having been produced within the last decade, took part in the naval review.
I have been in and out of #MilanoCentrale a lot of times, and I thought that, save for the bases of the iron canopies, it had been largely 'sanitized' from the Fascist symbols postwar. Today, as I approached from the eastern side, I saw I was wrong. Interesting.
