NISS was the best scoring index for predicting mortality in trauma patients, especially for penetrating trauma. Clinicians should consider incorporating other trauma scores,like NISS,in determining injury severity & the likelihood of mortality @ChunMagnus journals.lww.com/jtrauma/Fullteโฆ
