HELP WANTED: Ukraine has approximately 20 ATACMs surface to surface missiles, and the US restricts their use. The US has not sent a single ATACMs to Ukraine, which needs them to strike deep targets in the occupied areas.
HAZARDOUS DUTY: Irina Podnosova, Putin's classmate from law school, was appointed by Putin to the Supreme Court. Podnosova replaced Vyacheslav Lebedev who died last year. She has been in the position for less than a year-- her death was reported today at 71.
