7th season on Timberwolves beat for @startribune. Author of “Ant,” a biography of Anthony Edwards, out NOW via HarperCollins
Here we are, the first time holding a copy of my biography of Anthony Edwards, called “Ant,” in my hands. Many, many people to thank for this. It’s a dream come true. I’m full of gratitude for the many people who helped along the way. Go pre-order now! harpercollins.com/products/ant-c…
This is very cool! Thanks for sharing that pic!
Just saw this at Harvard
I’m old enough to remember two years ago, when Anthony Edwards had a few good games in FIBA, the 48-hour NARRATIVE became Minnesota wasn’t gonna be a big enough market for him. Set your watch by those kind of takes when the NBA content calendar gets slow from mid-July to Oct.

Hi friends! Did you know that you can make a request of your local library to carry "Olivia the Brave"? I'd love to see the book in libraries across the country. 😊 Will you share this post? And let me know if you get it into yours! 💜 olivia-the-brave.com
A year ago, I began the drive from Minneapolis to Atlanta to write a lot of “Ant.” Along the way, I stopped in Chicago to talk with Chris and Mya Hinton, who had me over for brunch and way too many mimosas to talk about a young Ant. They had me back over today for more mimosas.

This movie was so, so far ahead of its time. youtu.be/yuBe93FMiJc?si…
Thanks to the great Jeff Pearlman for having me on his podcast to talk about writing “Ant,” and just how hard and rewarding the process could be at times. podcasts.apple.com/us/podcast/chr…
Emmy nomations are coming in and how have they not fixed the fact that The Bear is NOT a comedy. Last year with Hacks winning Best Comedy Series was a pretty clear sign voters thought so too.
The longevity records on the chart in the streaming era are insane. You would've thought streaming would've led to more turnover in what was popular, but instead the opposite has happened, and it went way in the other direction. "A Bar Song," is also still in the top 5
Teddy Swims' "Lose Control" is 1 week from becoming the first song in history to spend 100 weeks on the Hot 100. It peaked at #1 and is still in the top 10.
Growing up is realizing that when you watch Cheers, Sam and Diane had a pretty toxic relationship and instead of rooting for them together you hope they could somehow break up and move on peacefully.
Send me some questions! I’ll be getting the newsletter going tomorrow with some thoughts on the Wolves and where they stand, as we head into the rest of the summer.
This will be my lasting legacy of my appearance on @NoPantsCrunch, not the book.
ever since we had @ChristopherHine on @NoPantsCrunch, I’ve gone on a huge Mariah Carey streak. Heater after heater. I’m playing her in my sets. Long live Mariah.
This is a @DaneMooreNBA + @ChristopherHine tweet, disguised as an Ant + Naz tweet.
the aura never stops
Ant called over this fan past the security line. Kid gets a two-fer in terms of autographs too.
Quick chant of "five more years" from a small group of fans for Naz Reid here in the arena.
Terrence Shannon Jr. felt he didn't score so well on Thursday. Seems to have rectified that so far today. 17 points in the first half and counting.
Jaylen Clark with some prayer hands after he gets a corner three to drop.
We’re in the much more crammed in Cox Pavilion for this game, which means fans and team personnel in attendance get to mingle. As such, the Chris Finch selfie request count is up to three so far.
