This isn’t a statement on Sanders or a critique of Ryan but the national media using the natural continuation of their media hype to justify creating the hype in the first place is an interesting psychological ploy.

My only reservation about Raiders HC Pete Carroll is the NFL seems to have his defense figured out. Bringing back Patrick Graham calms a lot of those worries. Doubt he’d return without a level of control over the defense. Possibly even a HC successor. #RaiderNation

From my understanding — and as I mentioned last week — there was never a point when the #Raiders were the frontrunners for Ben Johnson, per sources. They had an interview that went really well, but Chicago was the early favorite in this process, and they finalized it today.
You can always tell who actually has “inside information” by how quickly they get articles out. Vinny had this locked and loaded. He’s seemed to have the most accurate info so far in this process. I’d recommend following him if you aren’t already. #Raidernation
