The prosecution of @LichTamara and @ChrisBarber1975 has been excessive and vindictive. The Crown is seeking a seven year sentence (eight for Chris) for a three-week peaceful protest almost three and a half years ago. All while violent offenders are given slaps on the wrist.

This prosecution has taken over three years of judicial resources while some offenders have walked because their cases weren’t heard in time. To add insult to injury, the Crown is seeking to seize Chris Barber’s truck. This serves no purpose other than spite.
