In Q2 2025, COPA received 1,655 complaints and notifications. A decrease of two percent compared to the second quarter of 2024. Of the total intake in Q2 2025, 1,237 fell outside of COPA’s investigative jurisdiction and were referred to the Bureau of Internal Affairs (BIA).
