I don't know that! It is unfortunately not true! 👉 One-year survival rates on dialysis are typically around 80-90%, decreasing to 50-70% at 3 years and 30-50% at 5 years.  🔥 Uganda stats may differ though. 🔥 Heart failure and cancers have higher death rates. ✨ Dialysis saves!

Etiology Hypertrophic cardiomyopathy with LVH leading to conduction system blockage Ischaemic Cardiomyopathy Degenerative heart disease Idiopathic degeneration of the conducting system (Lenegre's diease) Infections like Lyme disease Drugs Etc In this patient we suspect HHD

ECG breakdown. This patient has true Trifascular Block [3rd degree heart block, RBBB, LPFB] ✍️[AV-dissociation, P-wave after QRS] = Complete Heart block ✍️[RAD, rS complexes in leads I & aVL qR complexes in leads II, III & aVF& prolonged R wave peak time in aVF] = LPFB.
