I'm looking for a boyfriend, with hopes of finding my life-partner, and I've just put together a dating doc (link in next tweet)! I'd love if you shared it with great gay men you know! 🙏❤️
Beautiful thread. On my style of coaching, but also on principles of coaching, how transformation happens, and trusting yourself. Thanks Zoe x
I just had an awesome session with Charlie! I recommend him. Being a coach myself, I have extremely high standards, & often look for cues that might be unintuitive—so I've decided to write up a few principles of good coaching, in the hope it will be useful to others.

This is my favorite part of the essay! One of the concerns I hear most about trying psychedelics is “I’m afraid I’ll become less ambitious” but that’s far from the truth, unless you narrowly define ambition as pursuing things with fear-based motivation (then yeah that’ll go down)
I wrote a post on self-love, summarising and building on @nickcammarata's work with my experiences. I think self-love is often misunderstood as something vaguely, mildly good. But it can be astonishingly powerful, and I think it might be worth aiming for lesswrong.com/posts/BfTW9jmD…
