Thanks for highlighting this here. Unfortunately for many of these, after a certain so called “stature”, everything is justified. Always easier to Preach others than to act themselves.
In a conference, 6 plenary talks were given by 6 directors. None of them finished on time, some exceeded by 20 mins. Most of them left after their talks & were shielded by organizers at lunch. It was poor young researchers who were asked to wrap quickly to enjoy lunch🤣

I realized June had never been just a month. This June has truly been an exceptional one with 4 publications in reputed Wiley Journals (Small, Batteries & Supercaps, Chemistry: An Asian Journal) covering diverse areas of energy storage – from Li-CO2 to Metal-S & Zn-air battery.
Glad to share that our research work crossed 5,000 citations (Source: Google scholar), a testament to the excellence, influence, and enduring value of research contributions from CARBON Lab @IITHyderabad. Also, we have 9 papers (7 post-PhD) that are cited more than 100 times.
