While Alex's art can lack fluidity, you still see someone who unabashedly loved superheroes and wanted them to have cinematic fidelity in an era that hadn't achieved that yet, and I find it extremely difficult to fault that instinct, especially on a platform looking for faults.
checking out an Alex Ross comic and my take is: wow all that work for something that looks and flows like one of those stilted movie comics where they use still frames as all the panel art?
