Sharing our new article on water needs in pregnant endurance athletes, from preconception to 3rd trimester. Physical activity predicts higher water turnover (via deuterium dilution), & this relationship is stronger in higher heat index conditions. @ISEMPH doi.org/10.1093/emph/e…
