What’s with the can of Moxie, you ask? This iconic New England soda is making a cameo in my very first produced feature film! I’m heading to the studio today. The project’s still under wraps until the announcement hits the trades, but I couldn’t be more excited.

We cannot change the past. But we can help make sure that truth and justice prevail moving forward!

Former Congresswoman Patsy Mink was a pioneer in seeking justice for those harmed by DES. I stood under her portrait with her daughter Dr. @wendymink, my constituent @CaitlinMcWriter, Andrea Gardner, and Karen Fernandes—all DES daughters and awareness advocates.

From 1940 to 1971, a drug called DES was prescribed to pregnant women—even after evidence showed it didn’t work and could cause serious harm. It led to cancers and birth defects across generations. The FDA still hasn’t apologized. It’s time.
