"Revamp" The new seating and boarding perks are largely possible because of the drastic changes to their seating/boarding system. "We're jamming everyone but we'll jam you less but charge you more" is certainly a take.

I don't know what this is, but it was apparently important enough that I decided to put it in my calendar on an annual basis... I guess I have nine days to figure it out.

People seem to care way too much about the specifics of an athlete's injury. We aren't entitled to know *why* somebody drops from a race.
