ICE @EROBoston arrested Frank Marlon Guaman, an illegal alien from Ecuador. Guaman’s criminal history includes convictions for reckless endangerment and unlawful restraint in New Haven, Connecticut. He was sentenced to 3 and a half years in prison. Guaman remains in ICE custody.
