Was an absolute pleasure speaking with former @SeymourFootball HOF coach paul sponheimer last night. Real treat for the present #cthsfb community going down memory lane with him & hearing the epic stories. Stuff like that never gets old people.

Please if you can say a prayer tonight for the @AnsoniaFootball community as a former player is in critical condition after a hit-run earlier today. Everyone in the valley is pulling for the young man seriously injured and hope he pulls through. 🙏🏻

So cool while in 🇯🇲 meeting family friends of @dallascowboys Kicker @Brandon_Aubrey while in the pool earlier today. Hearing his story and how he got to Dallas as a former soccer player from a personal standup is awesome. Small world!

Day 3 of the Jamaica 🇯🇲 honeymoon brings the Saunders couple to ATV’s and Horseback riding..both through the beautiful beach. Fun fact, our horses not known to us until right before we went on them were bf/gf…love is in the air I guess 😛❤️

Congrats to the young #ctbase talents selected in the @MLBDraft. Whatever you so choose to go pro or stay in college the thought of even being a draft pick is a once in a lifetime opportunity. Keep striving to be great and keep making ct proud fellas!
