The biggest mistake that younger Kickers & Punters make during the course of a season, especially early on in fall camp, is over-repping. Train smarter! Use the time you have to do more drill work without making contact & watching more film. It will pay off come Weeks 10-14.

Advice for HS and JC Kickers & Punters who know 100% that they will be Game 1 Starters this Fall… Prepare your body, ramp up to 100% fit for Game 1, NOT Day 1 of Fall Camp. There is a big difference. Shorten the season by training smart.
