Ha ha. Thanks a lot @sebastia_puig . You are now an expert in finding #cablebacteria. @CEMAarhus
@kartiksaiyer @CEMAarhus thank you for such motivating hands on cable bacteria at the red sea @AISMET2025
We have just created an account on Bluesky! Follow us on bsky.app/profile/cemau.… for more news about cable bacteria in the future
In November we had a delegation from CEM in China doing research on cable bacteria and meeting with our partners there. Here is a postcard from their trip: “Final race in the lab - great profiles 👍” We're glad to have you back and we look forward to hearing all the stories.

🔌🦠 Cable bacteria like their mud fresh! 🥬 We dive down deep to keep our cable bacteria happily growing, so we can do more research with them. Here is a picture from our latest sampling trip in Brabrand Lake with Nina, Dimitri and Perrine.

🌟The Diversity Bonus!🌟 At Assembly-24, we explored blind spots in personality, culture, background, gender and more, and how it can impact our collaboration. Big thanks to Signe Ørum (@SigneOrom) for opening our eyes. Next up on the GAIN journey: ACT!

Exciting news! Our publication on cable bacteria is featured on the cover of @AppEnvMicro. We demonstrate the interaction of living cable bacteria with electrodes. You can find the paper here: journals.asm.org/doi/10.1128/ae…. Congratulations to all involved.
