I'm really enjoying #scverse24! The talks are great, and so are all of the conversations! Every conference has its own distinct vibe, and at #scverse24, the vibe so far has been "let's build great stuff!" - with a very nice mix of theoretical and practical considerations.
Amazing talks on the first day of inaugural #scverse24 The teaser from the upcoming Tabula Sapiens v2, Clear evidence on how robust & efficient Alevin-fry is from the first hand, and many other great presentations. Loved it! #PreprocessingMatters
I'm sad to have missed WABI 24. It's one of my favorite meetings; always full of exciting work. But, I'm thrilled to be able to share publicly now that WABI 2025 will be held at @UofMaryland (cc @umiacs, @UMDCBCB, @umdcs)! We look forward to welcoming you! youtu.be/vcbGJ_ThWN0?si…
Waiting at Heathrow for my flight back home from ALGO '24. So many new ideas and feedback. What a great community! ( Shame WABI hadn't a BPA, though... )
