Happening now at the @H3Africa Genomics and HIV Infection Workshop.

The underrepresentation of Africans in genomics is largely due to a lack of capacity, data and analytical expertise in the continent. Last year, we trained about 25 African scientists in Polygenic Risk Score Analysis. 1/3
This year, we are doing the same, training about 25 African scientists from all across Africa - but now with a stronger training team. A few of our participants from last year's workshop are now teaching assistants on this year's course eg @Chriskintu2021 2/3
