Friedrich Gundolf was a great scholar. He wrote on Goethe and Shakespeare. He also wrote a book on Cæsar. We have republished it. Gundolf was a member of the George-Circle, and taught Kantorowicz (who wrote "King's Two Bodies") as well as ....Goebbels.
