Given the events in Epping the other night and another protest organised this evening, it really would have been good to see some very proactive comms from @EssexPoliceUK and maybe a leadership presence. 👀 Morale really could do with some visible leadership…🤷🏼‍♂️ #ThinBlueLine 🚨

It’s a lot simpler and more cost effective to have 24/7, 365 Communications and Engagement Teams responding to incidents when they happen, than have to deal with days of aftermath and hysteria. 🤷🏼‍♂️ One day, Policing will get a grip and implement them. One day… #ThinBlueLine 🚨

I’ll be honest before you went on national radio & called all female Police Officers ‘vulnerable’, it might have been a better idea to go out on patrol with them…👀 No aids or chaperons, actually see them doing their job and how admirably they do it every day. #ThinBlueLine 🚨

A Monday evening shout out to all of our Specialist Commands who work incredibly hard to keep Londoners safe in the face of ever advancing cuts…🫡 Did you know without overtime most of these roles wouldn’t be covered effectively? It’s a sorry state of affairs. #ThinBlueLine 🚨

One of the best trips I’ve even been on was completely impromptu… I was due to join my family on a trip in Europe, but it was cancelled last minute. I had plenty of time but wasn’t sure where to go. So I headed North and completed the #NorthCoast500. Phenomenal Road Trip. 💯

Remembering the legendary Felix Baumgartner who sadly passed away on 17th July 2025 in a paragliding accident. 😔 Felix holds the @GWR for free falling from Space and landing safely back on Earth in 2012. 👨‍🚀 Thinking of his loved ones and colleagues at this very sad time. 🫡

For a really long time I’ve wanted to start making stop motion videos of the builds I’ve created 👀 It’s something I still want to do, but having seen lots of AI animations of #Lego builds recently I wanted to see what it would do to one of mine.😅 This is really rather cool 🫡

Cops have strange relationships with where they work. You’ll say a street name to them and they’ll know it because of an incident they’ve been to. It’s like instant trauma recall. An incredibly unhealthy but helpful ability to remember places due to trauma. 🤷🏼‍♂️ #ThinBlueLine 🚨

Brilliant update today that the hero @USCG Rescue Swimmer Scott Ruskan and his crew have received praise and awards from their superiors for their actions in Texas! 🫡 Scott Ruskan has been promoted to Petty Officer Second Class and awarded the Distinguished Flying Cross. 👏 🚁

Very sad news this evening that former Commissioner Sir Ian Blair QPM has passed away. Dedicating your life to Policing is not something most of society would dream of, but Sir Ian did. Thinking of his friends, family, loved ones & colleagues at this sad time. #ThinBlueLine 🚨

Just a reminder for the delightful mysoginists on the internet, that on 13/4/24 Insp Amy Scott ran towards a murderer on her own, with no back up. Inspector Scott stopped the murderer in his tracks & unsurprisingly has been nominated for Australian of the year. #ThinBlueLine 🚨
