Over the summer break, Sam Darnold got engaged, played in the American Century celebrity golf tournament and led a two-day throwing session in Los Angeles with seven Seahawks pass-catchers. Here was Darnold on getting in the extra work.

Mike Macdonald loves the intent with which DeMarcus Lawrence practices, even in Year 12. “He’s like the best drill player I’ve ever seen in my life. You could ask him to do any drill known to mankind, and just the trust he has in why you’re doing it, it is 1,000% every rep.”
