Labour: “Just talk to the unions!” Also Labour: *Gives 28% pay rise* Unions: *Strike anyway* Result: Chaos. When Labour negotiates, Britain loses. Thanks a lot, Wes.
I don’t want my young daughters to share a neighbourhood with men who broke into this country illegally and about whom we know next to nothing. And I don’t want anyone else’s family to have this forced on them either. When I see mothers and fathers peacefully protesting in…
Wait until Wes finds out what wild additional powers for trade unions he’s been voting for in Labour’s (Un)Employment Rights Bill. More strikes, less notice, lower thresholds!
Last week we heard we're spending £6 billion a year on benefits for migrants. Today we discover that asylum seekers are getting gambling money and half-price Lime Bikes. When so many are struggling, this is disgraceful. No more gravy train. State support for citizens only.

Phone theft is out of control. Why? Because the odds are stacked in favour of the criminals. Only about 1% of thefts lead to an arrest. The police must be backed so they can go after them.
I will always stand up for Bromsgrove and the Villages and vote in the best interests of our constituency.

Work brings dignity. But Labour’s new Employment Rights Bill creates UNemployment. When you load £5 billion in new costs onto employers, you destroy opportunity.
We need a deterrent in place to stop the crossings. 2025 has been the worst year ever for small boat crossings with over 22,000 illegal migrants crossing the Channel this year alone.
Labour’s immoral family farm tax is destroying livelihoods and will wipe out generations of hard work. When the @Conservatives return to government, we will reverse it. No ifs, no buts. Standing up for our farmers is standing up for Britain.
Thank you to @CatshillT for inviting me to Catshill Community Orchard to discuss local concerns with the draft Local Plan for housebuilding in Bromsgrove and the Villages. Residents have my full support in opposing proposals that will destroy our countryside.

Labour inherited a recovering economy. One year later: it’s bleeding out. Starmer and Reeves crashed the car with their budget but haven’t learned the lesson: You can’t tax your way to growth. Britain can’t afford any more high taxes. We need to cut spending. Now.
Within the last 30 minutes I asked the Trade Minister to release details of the deal announced by the PM 9 weeks ago to protect steel from tariffs. Minister responded evasively, saying that JLR staff are grateful for the deal. At the same moment JLR announced 500 job cuts. 🤯

I believe in fairness, responsibility and living within our means because we need to get serious about fixing welfare and ensuring you keep more of your hard-earned money.

Keir Starmer’s End-of-Term Score Card: 📉 Economy contracting 📈 Inflation highest in the G7 ⬆️ Unemployment rising 💸 Borrowing costs worse than Greece 💥 Spending out of control And it’s only year one. With more tax rises on the way this Autumn, the worst is yet to come.
🥀 Labour failed to rule out raising your taxes again in the autumn.

This morning’s news that inflation has shot up to 3.6 per cent - and remains well above the 2 per cent target - is deeply worrying for families. Labour’s decision to tax jobs and ramp up borrowing is killing growth and stoking inflation – making every day essentials more…

Today we learn 1.3 million foreign nationals in the UK claim Universal Credit. So many Brits are struggling to get by. Why should they be taxed more to fund the billions we’re spending on this? Those who come here must contribute. Welfare should be for British citizens only.
New stats out today show that of the 1,279,765 non-UK nationals claiming Universal Credit, only 40% are in work. So 757,000 are claiming and not working. And UC is only half of working age welfare spending. This is not a sensible immigration policy.
Labour are going to raise your taxes, again, to pay for their mistakes. Britain doesn't need more taxes. People are taxed too high already. It needs a government committed to bringing down spending so we live within our means. Only the Conservative Party believes this.
