Not watching the TR/ESPN show, but that TV deal was a help to nobody...ESPN buried boxing and Top Rank didn't help their cause over the long haul with their matchmaking...No reason to be sad over the end of the deal...

Been looking at writers on the Turki/Ring Magazine payroll and their coverage of the proposed Ali Act amendment. (Not) Surprisingly, most are silent, non-committal, with the top-of-the-bootlicker-food-chain guys leaning positive, w/ write-ups using TKO talking points. Shocking!
If I could summarize the Ali ‘revival’ Act in a tweet it’s this. - The Ali Act prohibits promoters from having coercive contracts. The ‘revival’ Act says promoters can have all the coercive contracts they want if they create their own titles.
wondering how these puppet TKO/Saudi boxing writers-- who crow about loving the sport and its athletes-- will play it off when purses are capped and fighters are screwed under the monopoly...

There used to be a term, “The Company Store” These are a few things fighters can look forward to with UBO’s once the Ali act is amended. Longer contracts with clauses and language anchoring careers to organizations. Contract extension clauses when an arbitrary ranking is made…
