#BotsIQ’s 20th competition season kicked off today at CCAC! Congratulations to Pine-Richland High School for winning today’s Prelims! We look forward to continuing the competitions next week at Westmoreland County Community College!

This week, the #BotsIQ Training & Education Center was buzzing with creativity during our Girls Exploring Manufacturing Summer Camp! Girls from across the region got hands-on with real-world tools -- proving that manufacturing is for everyone.

At #BotsIQ’s Summer Camp, students dove into the world of robotics and engineering with ocean-themed challenges. From building robots to clean up our beaches to designing their own propeller-powered boats and bristlebot sea creatures, these future innovators are making waves!

Yesterday, #BotsIQ partnered with industry partner, Butler Technologies, for the Science at Play with the @penguins and @PPG. Students learned about manufacturing by designing and laser cutting their own custom pencils—bringing their ideas to life with real-world technology!

#BotsIQ summer camps are back! This week kicked off with our Engineers & Coders Camp, where students tackled exciting challenges like building LEGO hopper bots, designing laser-cut kicking bots, programming autonomous vehicles, constructing bridges, exploring electronics, & more!

We may have paused summer camp for the past two weeks, but #BotsIQ’s STEM Instructional Designer, Oula, has been hard at work with our community partners. Thank you to @100BlackMen, @CADAprograms, and @EEUCC for welcoming us to share manufacturing careers with your students!

We’re back in action! 📣 After 2+ months of repairs from a water leak, the #BotsIQ Training & Education Center is fully restored—just in time to kick off our first on-site summer camp! It’s a great feeling to have students back at TEC.

#BotsIQ students from @PetersTownship HS toured SMS Group in Washington, while students from @BVAHS toured Lesleh Precision in Belle Vernon. These tours are a great way to connect the awesome skills learned in the classroom to the real world. Thank you to our amazing hosts!
