Seeing this made me upset over the MDZS hardcovers again, like damn TGCF really gets the main characters on the cover and a cohesive image for foreedge art. Was hoping MDZS would be getting this kind of treatment, but alas

kinda interesting how the phoenix mountain kiss is so unimportant to wwx, but to lwj it's a pivotal moment in his character arc. imo it says something about how ubiquitous violence and loss of autonomy are in wwx's first life that being sexually assaulted barely registered to him
